Reading allows us to be transported from our own world to another. Between the pages of a book, we can become immersed in the lives of fictional characters and learn about a culture entirely different from our own. We can also learn new words and phrases, experience a range of emotions, and acquire skills and knowledge.
Quiz is a fun way to assess one’s knowledge that also enables quiz players to learn more about different subjects and topics. It helps children to boost their confidence, lights the quest for knowledge and encourages them to broaden their learning horizon.
Learning music helps to develop the left side of the brain (related to language and reasoning), assists with sound recognition, and teaches rhythm and rhyme. Songs can also help children remember information.
Through dance, children develop a greater range of movement whilst developing the ability to work within different spaces. Dance and movement patterns also develop kinaesthetic memory. It also develops strength and endurance from an early age.
Art expands children’s creative thinking, imagination and is a great way of self expression. Art stimulates both sides of the brain and thus helps neural development. It improves the concentration and helps calming the brain muscles.
