Pedagogy

At Ingenium, we have adopted the Multiple Intelligence approach towards pedagogy that leads pupils along a guided exploration journey. We do not just seek to inform and instruct, but we strive to help students discover the joy of learning. Our sessions are highly interactive, and students are encouraged to ask questions which are answered by our expert and qualified faculty. We also focus on experiential and activity-based learning that allows students to understand the application of concepts that they study in classroom. We also place major emphasis on reciprocal relation-building between tutors and students and within students themselves, and help students develop a collaborative approach through team assignments. Thus, at Ingenium School, our participatory cross-domain pedagogy helps students to develop the skills of active learning, decision-making, and teamwork while they also learn to observe, explore, hypothesize, as well as question.
